You can find Special Counsel Mueller’s [redacted] report via this Department of Justice link.

Off the bat, I should acknowledge that Mueller’s redacted report unequivocally states that there was no “coordination” between Trump, his campaign and his family working hand and glove with the Russian Government. I suppose that’s good news. Conversely the notion that this report would somehow bring us, as a Country together and we’d all hold hands sliding down a rainbow...clearly that’s not happening either.

 Can we Trust Trump?

Absolutely NOT

In order to make this easier to read and understand I’m going to break down the report into various subsets. I will also endeavor to limit my personal opinions while only giving you the facts pulled directly from Mueller’s report.

The reality is AG Barr, who has reaffirmed that he has an inherent biased did himself, the Department of Justice and Trump zero favors. At the onset Barr auditioned for his job by doing his best to act as Trump’s Roy Cohn 2.0. The one constant in the 448 page . Special Counsel Mueller (See appendix C) stated the constraints of the Special Counsel CFR.

Attorney General Barr - ROY COHN 2.0

In my view (and you are welcome to disagree with my opinion), the Attorney General has done a huge disservice to the American people and may have done irreparable harm to the Department of Justice. In my view AG Barr purposefully manipulated the <80 words he opted to include in his two previous letters to Congress.

As previously discussed, AG Barr has established new standards.

1) Henceforth (according to AG Barr) any future presidential campaign is free to community, elicit, encourage and subsequently meet with any foreign hostile adversary to “obtain dirt” on their political opponent. And never notify Federal or State Law Enforcement.

2) Moreover, according to AG Barr and DAG Rosenstein have now publicly and unequivocally stated: it is completely legal for your Campaign Chairman to hand off internal polling data to a foreigner with direct ties with Russian Intelligence.

3) Also according to AG Barr and DAG Rosenstein, if you’re that dumb to meet with foreign nationals in an effort to obtain dirt on your political opponent, you’re good to go. Don’t worrry you can also fund this endeavors seeking to obtain the 30K+ deleted emails. Oh and super great news, you are also not criminally liable for being an unpatriotic, UnAmerican, unethical lying sack of donkey____. I guess I should say that’s not the exact quote but I opted to add a bit of “color” to the vulgar subterfuge shit-sandwich.

4) And lastly according to AG Barr and DAG Rosenstein, if you are a mob boss and you appoint a “man” who wrote a unsolicited legal memo (June 2018) and you get the job you audition for. It’s cool. You can also engage in obstructive behavior, because according to the AG Barr we have time warped back pre-Nixon days. That if you’re mad and/or frustrated you can also engage in obstructive behavior, it’s fine. Just make sure you have picked the right Attorney General.

5) AG Barr completely misconstrued Page 214 of the Mueller Report, which unequivocally states (ref Page 214) that:

if we had confidence after a thorough investigation of the facts that the President clearly did not commit obstruction of justice , we would so state. Based on the facts and the applicable legal standards, however , we are unable to reach that judgment.

Attorney General William Barr said the special counsel investigated 10 episodes involving President Trump for possible obstruction of justice. Barr concluded these actions did not violate the law.

Volume 1 pages 0-100:

In this subsection I’m going to highlight what I think are relevant facts and sequence of events as defined by the (redacted) Mueller Report. As stated on page 2 of Volume 1 the Special Counsel’s Office references two federal agencies issued an alert, see below.

October 7, 2016 Joint DHS & ODNI Office Of Election Security Statement.

You can read the full Archived statement via the embedded link.

Russian Government directed the recent compromises of e-mails from US persons and institutions, including from US political organizations. The recent disclosures of alleged hacked e-mails on sites like and WikiLeaks and by the Guccifer 2.0 online persona are consistent with the methods and motivations of Russian-directed efforts. These thefts and disclosures are intended to interfere with the US election process

It is hard to determine the “what if” factor. Meaning what if the MSM had focused on this critical announcement versus wall to wall coverage of Trump’s “grab them by the pussy tape”. What if the Cable News pundits taken Sec Clinton’s red lights blinking warning that Russia is impermissibly interfering in our election.

Back to the Mueller Report. This timeline actually matters:

a foreign government contacted the FBI about a May 2016 encounter with Trump Campaign foreign policy advisor George Papadopoulos.

two federal agencies jointly announced that the Russian government "directed recent compromises of e-mails from US persons and institutions, including US political organizations," and , "[t]hese thefts and disclosures are intended to interfere with the US election process."

As the Mueller setsforth:

The report on our investigation consists of two volumes:

Volume I

describes the factual results of the Special Counsel's investigation of Russia's interference in the 2016 presidential election and its interactions with the Trump Campaign.

Section I describes the scope of the investigation.

Sections II and III describe the principal ways Russia interfered in the 2016 presidential election.

Section IV describes links between the Russian government and individuals associated with the Trump Campaign.

Section V sets forth the Special Counsel's charging decisions.

Volume II

addresses the President 's actions towards the FBI's investigation into Russia’s interference in the 2016 presidential election and related matters, and his actions towards the Special Counsel’s investigation.

Volume II separately states its framework and the considerations that guided that investigation.

Oddly it is weird that of all people Michael Cohen appears to have large portions of his recent Congressional Testimony substantiated by the Mueller Report, for example Cohen’s recent testimony about the Trump Tower Moscow project:

On page 15, marked page 7 in the report, I actually do not recall the media ever reporting that with in hours the Russian-Embassy called Trump...also I’d really like to know the “name” of Jared Kushner’s friend. Who according to the Special Counsel “coordinated with Dmitriev” on a “short written reconciliation plan for the United States and Russia” really I’d like to know who Kushner’s friend is, wouldn’t you?

The Russian Embassy made contact hours after the election to congratulate the President-Elect and to arrange a call with President Putin. Several Russian businessmen picked up the effort from there.

In Volume I, specifically on page 18 (marked 10) the Special Counsel makes a significant disclosure and I’m not entirely sure why lawmakers are not asking...who deleted what records and did they delete AFTER document/records preservation request were sent by either the Special Counsel, the FBI and/or the various Congressional Committees. I mean this seems pretty significant and coy;d give rise to actual criminal conduct, such as destruction of evidence:

The Office learned that some of the individuals we interviewed or whose conduct we investigated-including some associated with the Trump Campaign---deleted relevant communications or communicated during the relevant period using applications that feature encryption or that do not provide for long-term retention of data or communications record...accurate and complete to the greatest extent possible, given these identified gaps, the Office cannot rule out the possibility that the unavailable information would shed additional light on (or cast in a new light) the events described in the report.

For example here is a September 2017 Document Preservation letter, said request sent to Ivanka Trump and Jared Kushner surrounding their impermissible use of private email aaccounts. Moreover here is a February 2017 letter from Senator Feinstein to then FBI Director Comey. See Trump Transition Team Memo re Document Retention, obtained by the Washington Post:

Also as you might recall, I’ve repeatedly asked: were there any additional memos the DAG. During the Manafort matter, I noted in May 2018, that the Special Counsel’s Office had submitted an exhibit that for the first time disclosed the actual existence of an additional memo (beyond the May 2017 Memo) yet on Page 20 (marked 12 in Volume I) the Special Counsel discloses an October 2017 DAG Memo, which reads in part:

October 20, 2017, the Acting Attorney General confirmed in a memorandum the Special Counsel's investigative authority as to several individuals and entities . First, "as part of a full and thorough investigation of the Russian government's efforts to interfere in the 2016 presidential election,"

As noted the October 2017 DAD Memorandum authorized the Special Counsel to investigate four distinct matters;

First: the pertinent activities of Michael Cohen, Richard Gates, , Roger Stone, and
I" redacted private person(s)  "Confirmation of the authorization to investigate such individuals, " the memorandum stressed , "does not suggest that the Special Counsel has made a determination that any of them has committed a crime."

Second:  with respect to Michael Cohen, the memorandum recognized the
Special Counsel 's authority to investigate "leads relate[d] to Cohen’s establishment and use of Essential Consultants LLC to, inter alia, receive funds from Russian-backed entities."

Third:  the memorandum memorialized the Special Counsel's authority to investigate individuals and entities who were possibly engaged in "jointly undertaken activity" with existing subjects of the investigation , including Paul Manafort.

Finally: the memorandum described an FBI investigation opened before the Special Counsel's appointment into "allegations that [then-Attorney General Jeff Sessions] made false statements to the United States Senate[,]" and confirmed the Special Counsel the authority to investigate that matter.

Not to belabor the point but on April 17th, I rapid fire about a dozen and a half questions off the top of my head (archived because twitter)

My point is, I want to know if any OTHER memos were authorized because we now know, yes August 2, 2017 and October 20, 2017. So the question remains were there any other memos issued?

With respect to the 14+ ongoing matters, the second to last paragraph on page 20 (marked page 12 in Volume I)

Because upon closer inspection of Appendix D...

On pages 22-33 (marked pages 14-25 in Volume I) the Special Counsel goes in to granular detail of how the IRA and Russian Government sought to attack the very heart of our County. Russia attacked our Democracy and the Trump campaign willingly and arrogantly wanted their help. Not once did those in the Trump Campaign ever contact law enforcement. That in a nutshell is the most sickening, unpatriotic and UnAmerican behavior. If you read any portion of the Mueller Report and think Trump et al didn’t do anything wrong then you need to have your head examined.

The entire Volume I paints an incriminating and damning indictment of a man and White House marred in: Lies, Deception, Lawlessness and absent any ethics. That people in the Trump orbit out right refused to carry out Trump’s bat shit crazy request and oddly people like Don McGahn, Reince Priebus, Rob Porter ended up saving Trump from his worst inclinations. The problem is none of those people are in the White House. The fact that Trump still heavily relies on Social Media is terrifying because Twitter and Facebook should, in my view have been criminally charged. They were both slow to react and in doing so they hold some responsibility...because they allowed their platform to be used

Because the fact that Trump et al are now acting like they do not know about WikiLeaks is just mind blowing. Given the Special Counsel unequivocally stated that WikiLeaks and Russia worked in any rate I’ll probably plow through the report over the weekend and I promise I’m wrapping up the Schulte Part III...eventually.
