Twitter’s Updated Rules, as of May 2018
We believe in freedom of expression and open dialogue, but that means little as an underlying philosophy if voices are silenced because people are afraid to speak up. In order to ensure that people feel safe expressing diverse opinions and beliefs, we prohibit behavior that crosses the line into abuse, including behavior that harasses, intimidates, or uses fear to silence another user’s voice.
Context matters when evaluating for abusive behavior and determining appropriate enforcement actions. Factors we may take into consideration include, but are not limited to whether:
- the behavior is targeted at an individual or group of people;
- the report has been filed by the target of the abuse or a bystander;
- the behavior is newsworthy and in the legitimate public interest.
Abuse: You may not engage in the targeted harassment of someone, or incite other people to do so. We consider abusive behavior an attempt to harass, intimidate, or silence someone else’s voice.
Unwanted sexual advances: You may not direct abuse at someone by sending unwanted sexual content, objectifying them in a sexually explicit manner, or otherwise engaging in sexual misconduct.
Hateful conduct: You may not promote violence against, threaten, or harass other people on the basis of race, ethnicity, national origin, sexual orientation, gender, gender identity, religious affiliation, age, disability, or serious disease
To this day it amazes me that Twitter allowed a certain twitter troll group, who have engaged and/or amplified: doxing, harassment, trolling and other clear violations of the “community standards”.
Has twitter ever taken down the numerous UNAUTHORIZED pictures, Personal Identifiable Information (name, date of birth, non-published email accounts, non published telephone numbers; cell, home etc). Or users who post unauthorized pictures of your children, your children’s school, your spouses full name, place of employment etc?
No Twitter has not. Like many twitter users who become targets, sure you can report the tweets and/or account but frankly it’s a total exercise in futility.
Like other twitter users, I have repeatedly reported each and everyone of these tweets yet to this day that vast majority of those tweets are still live on twitters platform. Furthermore these various Twitter accounts who have engaged in this protracted and unlawful conduct, are still active with impunity.
On July 11, 2018 Twitter used their random blog to announce:
Confidence in Follower Counts
In March 2018 Jack tweeted a thread about “a healthy conversation”, if my memory serves me correctly “Jack” tweeted this as a buttress to Amnesty International’s #ToxicTwitter Campaign.
Suffice to say Twitter users like myself read Jack’s thread and I rolled my eyes so hard that I’m pretty sure I saw the back of my own head.
We’re committing Twitter to help increase the collective health, openness, and civility of public conversation, and to hold ourselves publicly accountable towards progress.— jack (@jack) March 1, 2018
The July 11th Twitter shift regarding Followers and accuracy, granted it’s a welcomed change but I think most of us can agree. A little too late.
This week, we’ll be removing these locked accounts from follower counts across profiles globally. As a result, the number of followers displayed on many profiles may go down. (emphasis added)
The citation of “four followers” is oddly specific. And granted it’s refreshing to see Twitter publicly acknowledge that their platform has been hijacked by Bots and Trolls. The reality is, it’s a little too late.
FACT: Twitter allowed Bots & Internet Troll Farms to hijack and weaponize their platform. Twitter’s reactive nature. The damage was baked in

At what point will you understand, REAL Americans are pissed that you continue to enable Russia & Trump.
Your subterfuge & obfuscation is vile.
The Russians never went away.

FACT; a lie, propaganda and fake news will travel faster and almost always be amplified by Twitter Trolls AND Bots.
Russian Disinformation and Subversion— SpicyFiles (@SpicyFiles) May 27, 2018
Long over due and probably won’t be the last thread...
Sometimes it’s best to look outside of America to obtain a more wholistic picture.

FACT: Twitter is Bound by their 20 year FTC Comsent Decree, also fun fact. Twitter’s platform was hacked at least TWICE. Read more here.
FACT: Twitter wasn’t exactly honest with Congress, read more here.
FACT Twitter’s own SEC reports show they know they have a Bot problem, read more here.
Also for the record yes my Twitter Account continues to be targeted. I mean some of my haters are beyond obsessed that they reported a tweet from JUNE 2018 and apparently Twitter’s NEW Terms of Service, American users are no longer allows to cite the United State Code, for Treason and Sedition nor are we allowed to talk about the codified punishment for these crimes.
Here’s the tweet that earned me a twitter timeout and I was forced to delete, thereby abridging the constitutional right of Freedom of Speech.🙄
Apparent Twitter views the recitation of Federal Laws as “abusive”
Yup @NRA this whole section is dedicated to you @GOP @SpeakerRyan @DevinNunes @realDonaldTrump— SpicyFiles (@SpicyFiles) May 16, 2018
18 USC §115

2383. Rebellion or insurrection.
2384. Seditious conspiracyhttps://t.co/UdS8g7jfJQ pic.twitter.com/i2n9xfQ2VX
And lastly you kind of have to wonder why am I targeted over and over? It’s not personal, at least for me, it’s not. But I really do wonder, why am I targeted over and over. What exactly is it that I am tweeting that rationalizes the non-stop targeted (fraudulent) reporting of my twitter account(s)? No really what is it that I am tweeting that continues to put a bullseye on my account. Or why the Maddog PAC was targeted for a sustained cyber attack. Where those same twitter trolls took to twitter to “humble brag” about launching a cyber attack on this PAC’s website.
By now you would think my super obsessed twitter trolls, bots and haters would get it through their thick skulls:
🇷🇺you can knock me down🇷🇺
🇺🇸every time I will get back up🇺🇸
and I’ll continue to speak truth to power by sharing verifiable data and facts. Why? Because my Country is under a sustained attack by Russia and their Russian Asset Donald Trump. -Spicy Out
